Write for us
We welcome pitches that help readers see stadiums more clearly: their design, use, atmosphere and history, without reducing every question to a verdict on one venue.
What to pitch
Propose a focused, evergreen story about a stadium feature, spectator experience, operational choice or historical shift. A strong pitch names the central question, explains why it matters to readers and shows how the piece will handle trade-offs or uncertainty.
What makes a good contribution
We value precise language, a clear line of thought and claims that can be supported. Explain the proposed structure and any relevant perspective or interest. Avoid promotional copy, unsupported superlatives and material that depends on access or experience you cannot substantiate.
How to send a proposal
Send pitches and writing proposals through the Contact page, choosing the editorial option and including a concise summary. Please send a proposal rather than a completed article unless one has been requested. We cannot promise a response time.
A venue changes the game around it
The match matters, but so do the view, the route in, the sound and the choices built into the ground.
